Turning business challenges into working software

Detailed write-ups of real projects — the problem, the solution I designed, and the outcome for the business.

Web Applications

Mario's Shake Shack: QR ordering, an in-store arcade and one back-office for a growing cafe brand

A shake and burger cafe in Nagercoil ran on spreadsheets and paper. I built QR table ordering with an arcade lounge that keeps guests entertained while they wait, a phone-number loyalty card, an in-house ad network, and one admin panel for orders, menu, stock, staff and finances, ready for franchise outlets.

AI & Automation

DocuMind: a private AI assistant that answers from your PDFs, with page citations

Answers are buried in long PDFs, and public AI chatbots make things up and need your files in their cloud. I built DocuMind: a fully local RAG assistant that answers only from your document, cites the pages it used, handles follow-up questions and says when the answer isn't there.

PHP2Shell: how to check, contain, patch and verify PHP servers against a critical RCE

Two critical PHP flaws (CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619) let attackers run code without logging in, and exploitation began before the fix shipped. I built a check–contain–patch–verify response and a read-only checker script that tells you in seconds whether each PHP server is affected.

AI & Automation

VizhiCast: AI that turns event footage into a personal highlight reel for every guest

Guests want their own moments, not a three-hour event film. I built VizhiCast: face recognition finds every guest in raw multi-camera footage, cuts their moments into a reel synced to music, and does it with consent-first privacy on open-source models.

Desktop Applications

MyDailyBill Desktop: Billing Software that keeps working offline

Shop counters don't always have internet, and a web-only billing app stops when the connection drops. I built an Electron desktop app that runs the same React and Laravel code online against the cloud and offline on a local database, then syncs every change back when the connection returns.
